1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, topping up your balance, purchasing mailboxes, or accessing the HYXMail web application, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service.
2. Mailbox Pricing & Paid Service
HYXMail operates on a pay-as-you-go balance model where each created @hyxmail.com mailbox costs $0.011 USD deducted from your account balance. Balance top-ups are completed via supported channels (Discord / Telegram) with Crypto, UPI, PayPal, or Cards.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use HYXMail for:
- Sending unsolicited bulk commercial messages (spam) or phishing attempts.
- Distributing malicious software, viruses, or Trojan horses.
- Impersonating individuals, organizations, or reserved administration identities.
- Attempting to probe, scan, or compromise our database, infrastructure, or rate limiters.
4. Permanent Ownership (Never Deleted For Inactivity)
All user accounts, balances, and purchased @hyxmail.com mailbox addresses never expire and are never automatically deleted after 30 days of inactivity. You retain lifetime access to your mailboxes.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
HYXMail is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We advise users to maintain appropriate backups of mission-critical correspondence.
