HYXMail is built with a strict privacy-first foundation. We do not track your browsing habits, sell advertising profiles, or monetize your inbox.
2. Information We Collect
- Account Information: When signing in with Google or registering, we store your Google email identifier, display name, and avatar URL.
- Mailbox Data: We store email messages you send, receive, and save as drafts across your purchased @hyxmail.com mailboxes in order to display and manage them in your mailbox.
- Balance & Transaction Records: We maintain a ledger of your account balance and mailbox purchases ($0.011 per mailbox) to guarantee reliable service delivery.
3. Permanent Mailbox Retention Policy
Because HYXMail is a paid service, your accounts and purchased @hyxmail.com mailboxes never expire or get deleted after 30 days of inactivity. Your addresses, messages, and USD balance remain permanently active and accessible to you.
4. Cookies and Sessions
We use secure HTTP-only cookies strictly for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
5. Account Deletion
You maintain full control over your data. You may voluntarily delete your account, mailboxes, and emails at any time directly through the Settings panel in your mailbox.
